When will my credit card be charged?:
We will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped from our warehouse.  In cases where an order is shipped in phases, only the product that is shipped is charged to your account.


Do I have to pay sales and use tax?:
Residents of California are subject to 8.25% sales and use tax on their eStore orders.


Returns:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within five (5) days of receipt of your order, call our Customer Assistance Desk at 866 BLUEWICK and request a Return Authorization (RA). With this number, you can then arrange the return of the product for exchange or full cash refund (excluding shipping charges). Product must be unused and in the original resellable packaging.


Order Cancellations:
You may cancel any “in process” order by calling the Customer Assistance Desk. Orders that have “shipped” cannot be cancelled. To check the status of your order, click here.


Merchandise & Availability:
Bluewick.com offers an edited selection of products available from our authorized national retailers. To find a store close to you, visit our retail locator for detailed store locations.


Your Online Account:
Register with Bluewick Online for the most convenient shopping experience. Once you register, you will not have to re-enter your shipping information each time you make a purchase. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will automatically be cancelled.


Privacy & Security:
Your security and online identity are important to us. We may implement “cookies” on our website but will never collect personal information from you unless you choose to provide it to us. The information you do provide, will be used for purposes of conducting business with Bluewick and will not be sold, loaned or otherwise provided to anyone else at any time. Your online purchases are protected by the highest level of encryption technology available today. Please ensure that when you are at our check out pages within your shopping cart, that the “lock” symbol at the bottom right corner of your browser, is visible during the process.

Bluewick accepts Visa and Master cards for online transactions.


Shipping Schedule: UPS
Bluewick ships merchandise within the Continental lower 48 States and Hawaii /Alaska during business days via two shipping options. Please remember that “business days” are Monday through Friday ONLY for Ground shipments, Monday through Friday ONLY for Overnight shipments and exclude any holidays the shipper/carrier may observe. Rates are based on merchandise total and apply to orders shipped to a single address. Sorry, we cannot accomodate International orders, orders to Canada and we do not deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.


Ground Service:
Arrives within 5-7 business days.


Overnight Service:
Arrives the next business day before 10:30 a.m, when the order is placed the day prior before 10 a.m. PST.
